If you're registered for Tax-Free Childcare or use childcare vouchers through your employer, you can use them here — meaning camp can cost you significantly less than the sticker price.
Tax-Free Childcare
For every £8 you pay in, the government adds £2 — up to £500 per child every three months. A full week at camp could cost you a fifth less than the headline price.

Be prepared 🎒
What to pack in their camp bag
Keep it simple — your child doesn't need anything fancy. Just the essentials and a sense of adventure.
We keep mealtimes fun but kids need fuel — a solid lunch plus a couple of snacks keeps energy up all day.
Filled, named, and ready to refill. We encourage drinking lots on warm days.
We're Essex — always prepared for both! Apply suncream before drop-off on sunny days.
A costume, a towel and a bag for wet things. We swim most days — don't miss it!
Crafts, paint and outdoor play feature every single day. Dress them in something you don't mind getting creative.
Bag, lunchbox, water bottle, towel, shoes — the lot. It makes our lost property box a lot less exciting.
Who can come?
Ages 3–15 — every child welcome
Whether they're just starting school or turning 15 this summer, there's a Forbesy place for them.
Little ones (3–7)
Gently structured days with age-appropriate activities. A friendly key worker keeps little campers settled and the adventure calibrated just right.
Junior explorers (8–11)
The golden camp age — old enough to throw themselves into everything, young enough to think a giant inflatable is the greatest thing ever (it is).
Fox Leaders (12–15)
Older campers step up to our Fox Leader Course — mentoring younger kids, earning responsibility and building skills, while still having an absolute blast.
🛡️ We are Ofsted Registered with appropriate staff-to-child ratios across every age group. All staff are DBS-checked, trained in first aid and safeguarding.

Medical, allergies & additional needs
No family is the same — and that's exactly how we like it. Our team are trained, prepared and genuinely caring.
- 📋 Medical forms are completed at booking through your secure parent portal — so we know about any conditions, medication or allergies well before the first day.
- 🍫 Allergies are taken seriously. Please note all allergies clearly on your child's form. Our packed-lunch policy means cross-contamination risk is naturally low — your child brings their own food.
- 💙 Additional needs? Please chat to us first. We do our absolute best to include every child — give us a call or send a message and we'll make a plan together before booking.
- 🏥 First-aiders at every camp. We'll always contact you promptly if anything needs your attention.
Fits around your day
Drop-off & pick-up — quick and friendly
Full days designed to slot neatly around a working day. No fussing about, no long queues — just a happy handover.
Morning drop-off
Arrive from 8:00am. A familiar face (and possibly the fox) greets your child by name at the gate, signs them in and gets the adventure started — while you head off to work, rest or catch up on life.
Evening pick-up
Collect by 6:00pm. You'll receive one worn-out, beaming child full of stories. Sign-out is quick and friendly — staff will always have a word about their day.
Safe sign-in & sign-out
Only authorised adults can collect your child. You register collection permissions at booking — anyone not on the list won't get past us.

Fill in your child's details
Complete the secure booking form — including any medical information, allergies or additional needs. All stored safely in your parent portal.
Pay & you're in
Secure payment online. Tax-Free Childcare and vouchers accepted. You'll get a confirmation straight away — see you at camp! 🦊
