Delivery & returns
How your kit is made, when it arrives, and what happens if something's not right.
UK delivery
- Standard — £4.99, arriving in 3–5 business days
- Express — £6.99, arriving in 1–2 business days
- Free standard delivery on orders over £50
You'll pick which one you'd like at checkout. Baskets on this site are costed using Standard.
Everything is printed to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for your kit to be printed before it leaves us — the delivery times above start from the day it's dispatched, not the day you order.
Outside the UK
We only deliver within the UK at the moment. If you're further afield and you'd like some Forbesy kit, email admin@forbesycamps.com and we'll see what we can do.
If something's wrong
If your order turns up damaged, faulty or misprinted, email admin@forbesycamps.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of it arriving. We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund — no quibbling.
Changed your mind?
For standard items from the shop you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to cancel, and then 14 days from telling us to get it back to us. Return postage is yours to cover. We'll refund you within 14 days of the item reaching us, or of you showing us you've sent it — whichever comes first.
Do have a proper look and try things on, exactly as you would in a shop — that won't cost you anything. We can only reduce your refund if something comes back damaged or obviously worn, beyond what it takes to see whether it fits and suits.
Named items are the one exception. Anything printed with your child's name is made specifically for you, so it can't be cancelled or returned unless it arrives faulty — please double-check the spelling before you order.
Sizing
Our kids' sizes run small-ish, so if you're between sizes we'd size up for a comfortable, camp-ready fit. There's a full size guide on every clothing product page.
- Kids' tees & hoodies: 3–4, 5–6, 7–8, 9–11 and 12–13 years
- Adult & staff kit: S to XXL
- Bottles, bags and stickers: one size
Prices and VAT
Forbesy Camps isn't VAT-registered, so there's no VAT to add. The price on the product page is the price you pay — nothing extra at checkout except delivery, which is always shown before you pay.
